Happily married for 10 years and a mother of two, I gave my absolute best to the classroom as a full-time public school teacher, national resource developer, and international scholar. Beyond the school gates, my husband and I served in Couples for Christ, championed financial literacy with IMG, and homeschooled our children hands-on.

To the world, I was a high-performing superwoman. Inside, the reality was heavy. Balancing career demands, community service, and homeschooling became an exhausting race against the clock. I was physically present but mentally running on empty.
